Leonardo Corporation Demonstrates On-board E-Cat Technology Continually Charging an EV Battery During 6-hour Test

[MIAMI BEACH, Florida] On September 27th, 2024, at the racetrack Circuito Internazionale di Latina “Il Sagittario”, in Latina, Italy, Leonardo Corporation held a presentation of its E-Cat SKLep NGU technology.

The presentation consisted of a comparison between two electric vehicles of the same make and model which was the Renault Twizy 80. One of the cars had installed in it an E-Cat power generation system, the other had no modifications.

The purpose of the test was to show that E-Cat technology can charge the battery of an electric vehicle continuously while it is driving.

The two cars, about 200 meters apart, started driving around an approximately 600 m circuit at 10:45 am.

Prior to the test, the state of charge of each of the cars’ batteries was taken. The unmodified car had a battery charge of 96 per cent. The car with the E-Cat on board started with a charge of 62.18 percent.

After 2 hours and 20 minutes, the unmodified car stopped moving, due to its battery being fully depleted. It had driven 73 km in total. The E-Cat powered car continued to drive until 5:07 pm when it was determined that the test was concluded. This car had driven 201 km in total.

At the end of the test, the state of charge of each car’s battery was taken again. The unmodified car had a reading of 0 per cent. The E-Cat powered car had a state of charge of 83 per cent, 33 per cent higher than when the test began.

The expert responsible for validation was Engineer Maico Marzocchi, an independent specialist in electronic engineering, and an expert specifically of the Renault Twizy electric vehicle. The E-Cat used in this test was installed by him in his own Renault Twizy EV, independently from Andrea Rossi.

Andrea Rossi, CEO of Leonardo Corporation stated at the conclusion of the test, “I am very pleased with the results of our presentation. Our goal was to show that E-Cat technology is a practical source of energy that can be useful to the world. We have demonstrated with the E-Cat prototype we used that we are able to generate enough electricity directly from an E-Cat assembly not only to maintain a charge in a battery, but also to increase it over time.”

Regarding future developments of E-Cat technology, E-Cat electricity generator cells in sizes of 10 and 100 watts are available for pre-order through the Leonardo Corporation website https://ecatthenewfire.com. There is no cost to place a pre-order, nor is there an obligation to pay anything in the future. Mass production of E-Cat cells will only begin when 1 million 100 W units (or the equivalent) have been reached.

For those interested in commercial agreements to use E-Cat technology, Andrea Rossi stated, “We are open for discussion with serious parties who are interested in incorporating E-Cat technology into their products and services. Please contact us with an introduction and brief proposal to evaluate.”
